Frequently asked questions

What are your average lead times from Europe and Asia?

Allow 18 to 25 days from Northern European ports and 35 to 45 days from China, excluding customs formalities. We give you the estimated arrival date as soon as the booking is made.

Do you handle customs clearance in Abidjan?

Yes. We prepare the declaration, pay duties and taxes on your behalf if you wish, then deliver the goods to your warehouse.

What documents should I provide for a quote?

A packing list (type of goods, weight, volume or number of containers), the port of origin, the port of destination and the desired incoterm. A photo of the goods speeds up processing.

Do you accept groupage for small volumes?

Yes, from 1 CBM in groupage (LCL) on the regular Europe and Asia routes.

How can I track my shipment?

A weekly update is sent to you via WhatsApp or email, with the container number and the shipowner's tracking.
